Application Process

For students
in Grades 9-12

In order to support students in choosing the appropriate learning pathway for themselves.

Enrollment Application
Fill out the Digital Enrollment Application Form in full and provide a scanned copy of the following documents:

- School Records for the last 2 years (required)

- Student’s Passport or Birth Certificate

- Student’s Immunization Record

- Student’s Passport Photo taken within 6 months

Please submit the above documents via email at info@pennacademy.edu.vn.

Besides, students who have no International English certificates such as IELTS, TOEFL, or equivalent will take a placement test to assess his/her English proficiency.

The documents submitted by students are also sent by Penn Academy to Trinity Ontario High School (TOHS) for profile evaluation and to provide an appropriate study plan.
Admission Results
Based on the submitted documents, the placement test, and your expected learning pathway, we will provide you with a personalized online learning path.
Enrollment
After being accepted, students will receive an Offer Letter from the TOHS with terms and conditions provided by Penn Academy. Parents must sign and return this Offer Letter within two weeks of receiving it to complete the enrollment process. The student will be required to submit additional documents (if applicable) to finalize the registration process. Pay the Enrollment Application fee, Tuition Fee and other related fees through the student's account at TOHS.

According to students' career aspirations

Based on the entrance assessments, academic transcripts from previous years, and consultations with career advisors, students will be provided with a personalized learning pathway aligned with the Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) standards.

Compulsory courses in the program support students in building a solid foundation of fundamental knowledge, while elective courses provide an advantage in determining future career-oriented academic directions.

Students will be guided to explore various academic fields based on the information provided by colleges and universities, allowing them to select appropriate courses aligned with their career aspirations.

Learning Duration

One of the advantages of the online learning program at TOHS is that students can study anytime, anywhere.

In addition to the main interactive classes with teachers, there are also topic-specific online seminars, interactive sessions among peers, and group study sessions. The total duration of each course is approximately 110 hours.
